The video installation presents the three short films, shown simultaneously and on a loop, across three television screens. The soundtracks complement and respond to one another.

La danse

A free interpretation of La Danse (1910) by Henri Matisse. A work exploring suspended time, stillness, and movement yet to come. Layers, doubles, and resonances invite the viewer to pass through the moment of pure joy offered by the experience of dance.

Poolside

A nod to The Upside-Down Man from the Lascaux cave and to the film The Reflecting Pool by Bill Viola. POOLSIDE explores reflection, suspension, and the body’s tipping point, between immersion and elevation.

MOEBIUS

A double nod to Heraclitus—“No one ever steps in the same river twice”—and to the Möbius strip, that surface on which one could walk endlessly and which has only a single side. The mind takes flight, turning in on itself above the circular path carved into the earth.
